Autumn Glow

This series has been a long time coming. I took a year off from painting recently due to moving house and other life events. I also happened to move counties, from Somerset to Kent. Now finally settled, I’m so happy to be painting again. This series has been a reconnection with my art practise and hence most of these paintings are quite small as I recollect my favourite techniques and push my processes even further with more experimentation. I’ve been inspired by the surrounding Kent countryside and the changing colours of the Autumn season
